This is Team Building SAS style - using the methods perfected by the most celebrated and successful Special Forces team in the world!
Events are organised and run by former SAS personnel, all experts in the techniques and skills required to build great teams.
Leadership and teamwork are the keys to success both in the military and in business - you can’t do better than to sharpen these skills with the elite teams of the Special Forces.
For the first time in the UK these skills can be passed on to the commercial world. The lessons and experience gained from Special Forces training can be successfully applied in the most high pressure results driven organisation.
To set the mood guests are dressed in full black assault kit as soon as they arrive, then issued with the weapons they will carry and use throughout the day. The following is one example of our selection of Special Forces events.
Setting the scene for a Hostage Rescue event:
News Flash An unknown terrorist organisation has seized a number of VIP hostages. The gang is making demands and threatening the lives of the hostages: the clock is ticking.
Situation Report Following a succession of failed negotiations the police authority has now formally handed control of the situation to the SAS. That’s you!
Your task To plan and execute a mission to secure their freedom, evaluating problems and risks, and working as part of a team - under the supervision of some of the country's top counter terrorism experts.
How to achieve this? You train as a Special Forces team member! You are taught weapons skills (using fully working replica pistols and sub machine guns, radio communications, room combat, dealing with stairs and corridors, four-man team skills and above all how to plan and execute the mission.
It requires that everyone contributes, as during the rescue mission leadership roles are constantly changing. There are hostages to save, terrorists to defeat and oodles of adrenaline to cope with! And if you can make it up a flight of stairs without collapsing then you are as fit as you need to be to take part!
