| A team that isn't functioning properly is a not a team at all but a group of individuals pulling in different directions. A newly formed team is not a team until the individuals in it learn to work as a single unit. Both situations must be resolved quickly to avoid time wasting, misunderstandings, low morale and poor results. And teams that are working well can always work better. Our team building programmes will help resolve conflicts by bringing people together in a non work environment and presenting them with stimulating tasks and challenges. These test both physical and mental abilities and require total involvement by all participants. Whilst we adapt each package to match individual requirements our team building programmes follow one of four distinct paths as listed below. |

| The SnapShots team building tasks are a series of time-based exercises that are both challenging and fun. To complete a task within the allotted time scale requires a rapid grasp of the problem presented, a high degree of innovative and lateral thinking, good communication skills and excellent team work.
Essentially these are half day exercises that can stand alone or make perfect add-ons to a conference or business meeting. |

| When the SAS dramatically brought the Iranian Embassy siege to an end in 1980 they demonstrated superbly the effectiveness of their training and their advanced team work. Now your team can learn those same skills at first hand. In co-operation with former SAS members, we present the most electrifying team building experience you will ever encounter!
From basic training through to a full building assault against determined terrorists, the event builds in tension and excitement as former SAS men advise and guide you. Teams must plan and execute a hostage rescue, updating their ideas as new information is received. Ultimately they must storm a large two story building, locate and defeat the terrorists and bring out the hostages in one piece. Whilst tremendously exciting this event is first and foremost a very serious team building exercise. The demanding tasks emphasise leadership qualities, decision making skills and total group involvement. But there are also large helpings of adrenaline and exhilaration! | The Wilderness Challenge provides a wonderful Team Building experience that has more than a hint of adventure! This is what many of the Country & Highland staff do on their days off!
The location? The rugged mountains and wild rivers of Snowdonia in north Wales and the Brecon Beacons in the south. Rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, wilderness trekking, caving, mountain biking, canyoning and much more combine to form totally absorbing courses in the wilder places of the UK. |

| The Off-Road 4 x 4 Team Event combines business with pleasure! First, teams find out what makes 4 x 4 vehicles tick and then learn to drive them over testing terrain. That's the pleasure bit.
Then it's strictly business. Armed with that knowledge and a good helping of common sense, teams must solve some tricky 4 x 4 problems (without breaking the vehicle), or be left stuck in the mud. We have a number of locations for this activity, from our tracks in the London area to the rocks, lakes and mountains of the Brecon Beacons. |
